We handle bookings directly with trusted third-party travel providers (such as airlines, hotels, and transportation companies), and each provider has its own policies regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds.

When a customer requests a refund or cancellation, we will coordinate with the relevant providers on your behalf. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms established by the specific airline, hotel, or vendor. We will always provide you with these policies before you confirm your booking. If a provider issues a refund for your booking, TravelBundler will ensure you receive the amount returned by the provider, less any non-refundable fees. How Refunds & Cancellations Work

1. Submit a request: Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or refund. Please include your details and booking reference. Email support@travelbundler.com with your request.

2. Review provider policies: We will review and share the relevant third-party provider’s policy with you. Refund eligibility, processing times, and amounts are dictated by their terms. Many travel bookings, especially flights and hotels, may have non-refundable or partially refundable rates.

3. Process & communication: We manage communications with providers and keep you updated on your refund or cancellation status. Approved refunds will be transferred to your original payment method as soon as they are received from the provider. Processing times vary depending on the provider, but we will always strive to resolve your case promptly.

Important Information

• Non-refundable bookings: Some bookings are non-refundable per the provider’s terms. We will alert you to non-refundable fees before confirmation.
